Abstract

MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA VISUAL KELAS V MATERI ALAT PEREDARAN DARAH MANUSIA DI SD NEGERI 13/I MUARA BULIAN EFRULLY Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Jambi ABSTRAK This research is based on the background that class V SDN 13/1 Muara Bulian still lack of learning activity of science students. Lack of using learning media in creating learning, so that the information obtained only centered from the teacher (teacher-centered) so that the interaction between students and teachers less well run in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning activities of science subjects by using visual media in the form of media projection class V SD Negeri13 / 1 MuaraBulian. So that can increase student activity in learning process with media that used in the form of visual media.This research method is classroom action research. In this study have three cycles, on one cycle to carry out two meetings. The procedure of this research there are four namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection.The results of this study showed that in the first cycle of teachers in using learning media reached 60%, student activity cycle I reached 45.8%. Students and teachers are still not used to using the media used. While the second cycle of teachers in using learning media reaches 72%, student activity reaches 75%. In the second cycle has been increased but has not reached the predetermined criteria. Then continued in cycle III with the percentage of teachers in using learning media reaches 88%, student activity 80%.Based on the results of research can be concluded that the use of visual media can improve learning on Science subjects in class V SD Negeri 13 / I Muara Bulian.
