Abstract
The purpose of his study is to measure pre-service teachers’ understanding related to Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). The data were gathered through an interview that involved six pre-service teachers who already had experience in teaching students in the schools. All of the participants were asked some questions related to Content Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge and Pedagogical Content Knowledge. The result of this study shows that the participants understood PCK to a certain limit. The participants show a great understanding of pedagogical knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge. The result of the interview showed that they can choose learning strategies that would fit the learning and the students. They also choose learning media based on learning needs. As for the assessments, the participants used different kinds of assessments based on the learning activities and their students. On the other hand, for the content knowledge, the participants seemed to lack in mastering their learning topic. However, they choose their topic based on syllabus and lesson plans provided and develop their learning materials based on the learning objectives and students' needs.
