Abstract
Mostly research in the field of WLB focused on the benefit of WLB to organization. This paper will view the benefit of WLB from the employee perspective specifically the relationship between WLB, objective career success and subjective career success and also the relationship between objective career success and subjective career success. To explain the relationship between WLB and career success both objectively subjectively, the role theory, the social exchange theory and the norm of reciprocity are used. Understanding the level of satisfaction with WLB and the factors that affect employee’s career success is important for organizations to keep employees motivated and committed.
