Abstract

Public service is an activity undertaken by public service providers in order to fulfill the needs of services in accordance with legislation for every society on goods, services and or administrative services. To accelerate the improvement of the quality of public services and to realize the general welfare to the village community in accordance with the authority of the Village is regulated in Permendagri no. 2 Year 2017 on Minimum Service Standards Village. The goal to be achieved in this service is the local government apparatus understands the responsibilities, obligations and authorities related to the implementation of public services, the creation of a decent public service system in accordance with the principles of good governance. For the community, this service aims to get the public to know and get quality services according to the standards of public servants, supervise the implementation of service standards and dare to complain the organizers who do deviations.
