Abstract

Abstract. The research aimed to know the influence of POEFB organic fertilizer and inoculation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and to get the optimum that give the optimally of jelutung rawa seedling. The research had done on Kelurahan Payo Lebar, Laboratory of Biology and Basic Integreted Laboratory Jambi University. It was started on May – December 2014. Research was using completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of organic fertilizer POEFB (0,145, 290 and 580 g per plant) and the second factor is FMA dosses Mycofer® (0, 5, 10 and 15 g per plant), with three multiplications. Parameters are stem height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, shoot-root ratio and percentage of root colonization. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan test Multi Range Test (DMRT) at level α = 5%. The result showed that the organic fertilizer EFBPO was significant influence to stem diameter and shoot root ratio. The inoculation of AMF was significant influence to percentage of root colonization. The combination both of it showed significant influence interaction to plant height and leaf area. The optimum dose is obtained with the treatment of organic fertilizer EFBPO 145 g and inoculation AMF 5 g. Based on the results, it suggested using 145 g dose of organic fertilizer EFBPO combined with 5 g dose of AMF per plant. Key word : EFBPO, growth, jelutung rawa, MVA.
