Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui gambaran usahatani kelapa sawit, (2) Menganalisis pendapatan petani kelapa sawit dalam kesiapan peremajaan, (3) Menganalisis kesiapan petani kelapa sawit dalam menghadapi peremajaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif, pendapatan petani dan rasio antara surplus pendapatan dengan biaya peremajaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bungku yang ditentukan secara purposive. Jumlah petani sampel dalam penelitian ini 45 orang dengan pembagian 32 petani kelapa sawit umur 15 tahun dan 13 petani kelapa sawit umur 20 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan petani kelapa sawit umur 15 tahun dan umur 20 tahun masing-masing memilik pendapatan Rp. 49.846.647/Petani/Tahun atau Rp.18.229.631/Ha/Tahun dan Rp. 37.513.119/Petani/Tahun atau Rp. 12.673.351/Ha/Tahun. Surplus pendapatan petani kelapa sawit umur 15 tahun Rp 37.137.797/Ha/Tahun dibutuhkan waktu 3,12 tahun, pendapatan petani kelapa sawit umur 20 tahun Rp. 23.403.543/Ha/Tahun dibutuhkan waktu 5,37 tahun sehingga terakumulasi biaya peremajaan yang dibutuhkan (Rp 44.038.580 juta per hektar). Kata Kunci: Kepala Sawit, Pendapatan, Kesiapan Peremajaan ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) know the description of palm oil farming, (2) analyze the income of oil palm farmers in preparation for replanting, (3) analyze the readiness of palm oil farmers in facing rejuvenation. The data used are primary and secondary data. Quantitative descriptive data analysis method, farmer income and the ratio between income and replanting costs. This research was conducted in Bungku Village which was determined purposively. The number of samples of farmers in this study was 45 farmers divided into 32 palm oil farmers aged 15 years and 13 palm oil farmers aged 20 years. The results showed the income of palm oil farmers aged 15 years and age 20 years respectively Rp. 49,846,647 / farmer / year (Rp. 18,229,631 / Ha / year) and Rp. 37,513,119 / Farmer / Year (Rp. 12,673,351 / Ha / Year). The income surplus of palm oil farmers aged 15 years is Rp. 37,137,797 / Ha / year which takes 3.12 years, the income of palm oil farmers aged 20 years is Rp. 23,403,543 / Ha / year it takes 5.37 years to accumulate the required replanting costs (IDR 44,038,580 million per hectare).
