The fourth category is divided into 3 subcategories, which are Modified blame 8 data, Explicit blame behavior 2 data, and Explicit blame person 4 data. The eight strategies; hints, annoyance, ill consequence, direct accusation, indirect accusation, modified blame, blame person and blame behavior can be found on the IEL complaining. However, one of them didn’t appear in the ENS complaining namely “explicit blame person”. The most common used strategy of both speakers is direct accusation strategy. Meanwhile, the least is “ explicit blame behaviour” strategy.
