Keywords: Learning Difficulties. Science Lesson Based on the observations in the VB SD Negeri 80/I Muara Bulian class, that at the time of science learning process took place, it appears there are some students who are not active in associating new concepts of experiments, so that in the learning process students do less reasonable attitude such as indifferent and concerned with things other. things like this are marked that students have learning difficulties. The purpose of this study to determine the factors that occur in student learning difficulties on the subject of ipa in the class VB SD Negeri 80/I Muara Bulian. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted on February 7th until February 28th of 2016/2017. This research is guided by the characteristics of student learning difficulties and student learning factors. And the research informant is the students of VB SD Negeri 80/I Muara Bulian class. Data collection was done by observation and interview. The results of data analysis indicate that learning difficulties in science subjects occur because of unfair attitudes not in accordance with the learning process, where the process of learning IPA requires the learning process of learner activity in reading alone, linking new concepts by discussing and using the term, the concept and new principles of experiments and observations. If in the process learners highlight the pervert attitude does not participate in active learning process activities by discussing and trying various experiments and observations on science learning that should, then learners experience learning barriers that occur from external factors that are the environment of his classmates and the barriers of behavior so that in the science learning is called with the difficulty of learning students on science subjects.
