Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus terus muncul dan menjadi masalah serius bagi kesehatan masyarakat. Ratusan ribu manusia telah terinfeksi oleh virus ini, virus ini dinamakan dengan Coronavirus Disease Tahun 2019 atau Covid-19. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang paling sering kontak dengan pasien memiliki risiko tertular virus Covid-19 hal ini di karenakan munculnya rasa khawatir, takut, panik dan tidak berdaya sehingga dapat mengalami kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan perawat di masa Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan pencarian artikel menggunakan database Pubmed, Google Scholar dan Science Direct untuk menemukan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kata kunci yang digunakan Covid-19, faktor resiko, kecemasan dan perawat dan Covid-19, risk factor, anxiety and nurse. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil studi didapatkan 10 artikel yang membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan perawat saat melakukan tindakan pada pasien Covid-19, di antaranya keterbatasan APD, kelebihan beban kerja, pajanan pasien yang terinfeksi, usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman dan status pernikahan. Kesimpulan: faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan perawat sebagai garda terdepan yaitu keterbatasan APD, kelebihan beban kerja, pajanan pasien yang terinfeksi, usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman dan status pernikahan. Diantara semua faktor didapatkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan yaitu status pernikahan di karenakan perawat khawatir akan menularkan virus kepada keluarga. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, faktor resiko, kecemasan dan perawat. x Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), diseases caused by viruses continue to emerge and become a serious problem for public health. Hundreds of thousands of people have been infected by this virus, this virus is called the 2019 Coronavirus Disease or Covid-19. Nurses as health workers who have the most contact with patients have a risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus, this is due to the emergence of worry, fear, panic and helplessness so that they can experience anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence nurses' anxiety when taking action on Covid- 19 patients. Methods: This research is a literature study by searching articles using the Pubmed database , Google Scholar and Science Direct to find articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The keywords used are Covid- 19, risk factors, anxiety and nurses and Covid-19, risk factor, anxiety and nurse. Results: Based on the results of the study, there were 10 articles that discussed the factors that influence nurses' anxiety when taking action on Covid-19 patients, including limited APD, work overload, exposure to infected patients, age, gender, experience and marital status. . Conclusion : the factors that affect the anxiety of nurses as the frontline are limited APD, work overload, exposure to infected patients, age, gender, experience and marital status.
