Abstract

PENGARUH LAMA FERMENTASI SILASE KOMPLIT BERBASIS LIMBAH KUBIS DENGAN PENAMBAHAN PROBIOTIK TERHADAP DEGRADASI BAHAN KERING, BAHAN ORGANIK DAN PROTEIN KASAR SECARA IN-VITRO Wahyu Wahiddatul Jannah, di bawah bimbingan Dr. Ir. H. M. Afdal, M.Sc.,M.Phil. 1), dan Ir. Darlis, M.Sc.,Ph.D2) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama fermentasi terhadap nilai degradasi bahan kering (DBK), degradasi bahan organik (BDO) dan degradasi protein kasar (DPK) silase komplit berbasis limbah kubis dengan penambahan Probiotik secara in vitro. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu Semua sampel perlakuan disusun dengan perbandingan kubis 50%, rumput lapang 34%, dedak 10%, Probiotik 6%, dengan perlakuan P0 = Lama Fermentasi silase kubis selama 0 hari, P1 = Lama Fermentasi silase kubis selama 7 hari, P2 = Lama Fermentasi silase kubis selama 14 hari, P3 = Lama fermentasi silase kubis selama 21 hari. peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah DBK, DBO, dan DPK. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam dengan uji lanjut Polinomianl Ortogonal. Hasil analisis ragam Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap DBK , DBO dan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap DPK. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kubis 50%, rumput lapang 34%, dedak 10%, Probiotik 6% pada silase komplit berbasis limbah kubis dengan penambahan Probiotik dengan lama fermentasi yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap DBK dan DBO, namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap DPK. H. M. Afdal, M.Sc.,M.Phil. 1), and Ir. Darlis, M.Sc.,Ph.D2) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of fermentation time on the value of dry matter degradation (DBK), organic matter degradation (BDO) and crude protein degradation (DPK) complete silage based on cabbage waste with the addition of probiotics in vitro. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were all treatment samples arranged with a ratio of 50% cabbage, 34% field grass, 10% bran, 6% probiotics, with P0 = Cabbage Silage Fermentation Time for 0 days, P1 = Cabbage Silage Fermentation Time for 7 days, P2 = Fermentation time of cabbage silage for 14 days, P3 = Time of fermentation of cabbage silage for 21 days. The variables observed in this study were DBK, DBO, and DPK. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance with further test of Orthogonal Polynomians. The results of the analysis of variance of the study showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on DBK, DBO and significantly (P<0.05) on TPF. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of 50% cabbage, 34% field grass, 10% bran, 6% probiotics in complete silage based on cabbage waste with the addition of probiotics with different fermentation times did not significantly affect DBK and DBO, but had a significant effect. against DPK.
