Abstract
Abstract ANA KURNIAWATI. Learning Media Applications for the Preparation of the Android-Based Nurse Competency Test. Supervised by Ns. Dini Rudini, S.Kep., M.Kep and Dr. Ns. Andi Subandi. Background : Competency test is one of the efforts in meeting the need for competency standards to improve the quality and quality of nursing staff. The competency test is aimed at achieving the value of competency standards for nursing graduates who can meet good performance of competency standards. Along with the progress of the times, a breakthrough or innovation is needed that makes it easier for nurses to try out competencies, so the idea of mobile applications appears. Objective: To produce a product in the form of a learning media application prototype for the preparation of an Android-based nurse competency test. Methods : In this study using the pre-experimental research method, Research and Development (Research and Development). Results : From the results of making a learning media application prototype for the preparation of an Android-based nurse competency test, it was found that the design of application display was in the form of a grid menu, tricks to answer questions, materials and try out questions. Conclusion : From the conclusion that the application is made using the eXe-learning application program which is named the application "Ruang Ukom Ners 2021". Dini Rudini, S.Kep., M.Kep dan Dr. Ns. Andi Subandi. Latar Belakang : Uji kompetensi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan standar kompetensi untuk meningkatakan mutu dan kualitas tenaga perawat. Uji kompetensi ditujukan untuk mencapai nilai standar kompetensi kelulusan perawat yang dapat memenuhi standar kompetensi kinerja yang baik. Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman maka dibutuhkan suatu terobosan atau inovasi yang memudahkan para tenaga perawat dalam melakukan try out kompetensi maka muncul gagasan aplikasi bersifat mobile. Tujuan : Untuk menghasilkan produk berupa prototype aplikasi media pembelajaran untuk persiapan uji kompetensi ners berbasis android. Metode : Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pre-eksperimen, Research and Development (Penelitian dan Pengembangan). Hasil : Dari hasil pembuatan prototype aplikasi media pembelajaran untuk persiapan uji kompetensi ners berbasis android didapatkan desain tampilan aplikasi berupa menu kisi-kisi, trik menjawab soal, materi dan soal try out. Kesimpulan : Dari hasil kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan program aplikasi eXe-learning yang di beri nama aplikasi “Ruang Ukom Ners 2021”. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Media pembelajaran, R and D , Uji Kompetensi Ners.
