Abstract
Background : Coronavirus is a virus that can infect humans and animals. The spread of the COVID-19 virus globally is fast and increasing day by day. In order to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases and carry out handling of COVID-19, we need an effort such as promotive and preventive which of course really needs to be a concern or carried out by health services, especially at the Puskesmas. Based on data from the Bungo District Health Office in 2020, the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 that occurred in the first order district was in the Pasar Muara Bungo sub-district and followed by the Rimbo Tengah sub-district and the Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang sub-district. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of health promotion strategies in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in the working area of the Muara Bungo I Health Center, Bungo Regency in 2020. Methods : This research was conducted through in-depth interviews using interview guidelines and a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to describe the variables presented. Results : From the results of research that has been conducted on 7 resource persons consisting of 2 main informants and 5 supporting informants related to the implementation of health promotion strategies in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in the working area of the Muara Bungo I Health Center, the four health promotion strategies are partnership, advocacy, community development. atmosphere, and empowerment runs during a pandemic. Health promotion strategies in dealing with COVID-19 really need to be done in order to improve the health of the community and avoid the transmission of the COVID-19 outbreak. Conclusion : The health promotion strategy that has been carried out in dealing with COVID-19 in the working area of the Muara Bungo I Health Center is 2 running according to the rules and duties of each relevant cross-sector and has been carried out to the maximum extent possible, but there are obstacles that become obstacles in its implementation. So that more collaboration, coordination and good commitment are needed from every cross-sector that plays a role in efforts to overcome COVID-19. Keywords : COVID-19, Health Promotion, Strategy. Latar Belakang : Coronavirus merupakan salah satu virus yang tergolong dapat menyerang manusia dan hewan. Penyebaran virus COVID-19 ini secara global berlangsung cepat dan mengalami peningkatan dari hari ke hari. Dalam rangka menurunkan angka kasus COVID-19 dan melakukan penanganan terhadap COVID-19, diperlukan suatu upaya seperti promotif dan preventif yang tentunya sangat perlu menjadi perhatian atau dilakukan oleh pelayanan kesehatan terutama di Puskesmas. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo pada tahun 2020, banyaknya kasus terkonfirmasi covid-19 yang terjadi di Kabupaten urutan pertama ialah dikecamatan Pasar Muara Bungo dan dilanjutkan dengan kecamatan Rimbo Tengah dan kecamatan Limbur Lubuk Mengkuang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan strategi promosi kesehatan dalam menanggulani pandemi COVID-19 diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Bungo I Kabupaten Bungo Tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan pendekatan desktiptif kualitatif yang bertujuan menggambarkan variabel yang disajikan. Hasil : Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap 7 orang narasumber yang terdiri dari 2 informan utama dan 5 informan pendukung yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan starategi promosi kesehatan dalam penanggulangan pandemi COVID-19 diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Bungo I, keempat strategi promosi kesehatan yaitu kemitraan, advokasi, bina suasana, dan pemberdayaan berjalan pada masa pandemi. Strategi promosi kesehatan dalam penanggulangan COVID-19 sangat perlu dilakukan guna meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakatnya dan terhindar dari penularan wabah COVID-19. Kesimpulan : Strategi promosi kesehatan yang telah dilakukan dalam penanggulangan COVID-19 diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Bungo I berjalan sesuai dengan aturan dan tupoksi masing-masing lintas sektor yang terkait dan 4 telah dilakukan dengan semaksimal mungkin namun terdapat kendala-kendala yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Sehingga lebih dibutuhkan lagi kerjasama, koordinasi dan komitmen yang baik dari setiap lintas sektor yang ikut berperan dalam upaya penanggulangan COVID-19.
