Abstract

Back Ground : The scope of stimulation of early detection and intervention for development (SDIDTK) of toddlers at Talang Banjar Public Health Center Jambi City in 2020 is still far from the target set by Jambi City Health Office and is the Health center with the lowest coverage in Jambi City. The scope of program implementation is 51%. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of Early Detection and Intervention Stimulation of Toddler Development (SDIDTK) program at Talang Banjar Health Center Jambi City in 2020. Method : This research was a qualitative research. The research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documents review. In-depth interview were conducted with 8 informants consisting of Health Center employees and mother who had toddlers. Result : In the input component, the understanding of Minister of Health regulation number 66 of 2016 is still lacking, some human resources have never received training, the amount of availability of facilities and infrastructure is still lacking. The component of planning, organizing, workshop, supervision and evaluation processes, recording and reporting processes have been running well. Health services were still not optimal. Conclusion : Coverage has not been achieved because the implementation of SDIDTK under five at Talang Banjar Health Center has not been optimal.
