Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of certification on the performance of primary school teachers in the district of Batanghari. The findings in the field will be in-depth study materials, so that the results of this study will be used to design the delivery of services by PGSD FKIP Universitas Jambi to prospective primary school teachers and primary school teachers in the province of Jambi. The method used by the researchers is descriptive quantitative method. To determine the effect of the performance of teachers who have been certified educators conducted with one sample t-test (one sample t-test). Testing criteria is received H0 when Sig > Significance level (α = 0.05). From the results of the data looks significance that is worth 0.209 greater than 0.05 means that H0 accepted the results of the assessment of headmaster against the average performance of teachers who have been certified either. The performance assessment conducted by teachers with testing criteria received H0 when Sig > Significance level (α = 0.05). From the results of the data looks sig-value of 0.006, this value is less than 0.05 then in testing this hypothesis H0 means not enough evidence to suggest that the average performance of teachers who have been certified well worth it. Results of research conducted then conclude that there is a good influence on the performance of primary school teachers certified in Batanghari.
