Abstract

The survey research aims to evaluating the performance of the cattle breeding program under supervised on the Petrochina Jabung Ltd. CSR Program. The unit analysis was 87 household on the CSR area during three month on Geragai Sub-Regency. The sampling technique is purposive and the triangle recursive econometric model divided onto three equations. The evaluation indicators were the first time and time needed to livestock re-distributed and capital interest subsidies which’s estimated by compound interest approach.The result of stdy show that the households majority (79.31%) able to extinguishment their responsibility along 4.5 years of the running program. The first fertility to obtaining the calf is 18.22 months and first redistribution is 31.56 months. The first redistribute significantly depended the speed of the first to get a calf and no significantly difference both group of cattle farming. Furthermore, the responsibility to extinguishment significantly influenced by first time to get the calf and the age of calf using to redistributed. The monthly rate of the capital subsidies which is received by households approximate 0.87% and interest rate significantly determined by speed and time it take to complete their obligation. Based on research can be concluded that the distribution system which is developed by CSR program are effective pushing the asset ownership and potential to improve the households welfare.
