Abstract
The problem of increasnf discharge generally arise from the rainfall and watershed characteristics specially the change of land use human intervention of water resources still use the conventional methods, namely the empirical and statictical approarches, or humped parameters all of which are blacbox approaches whose accuracy are no longer adequed in order to rationalize of exploitation of water and land in complex watershed, studies with more systematic, global and intergrated approarch required. The current trend which has drawn mny interest in studies using distribution models. Those are expected to provide more accurate answer for plnning water resources management and conservation, such as betara watershed in Tajung Jabung Barat, the main watershed in this dstric that more potentlly to supply water drink foe PDAM Tirta Pangabuan
