Abstract

ABSTRACT The perpouse of this reaserch is to determine the effect of Local Own Revenue (PAD) and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on fiscal stress in districts and cities in Jambi Province for the 2015-2018 period. The sample of this research is 9 districts and 2 cities in Jambi Province for the period 2015-2018 which may have 44 indicators. This research is a quantitative research and the data in the study uses secondary data so that the data analysis tools in this study use descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this research is that Local Own Revenue (PAD) affects fiscal stress, the General Allocation Fund (DAU) has an effect on fiscal stress and Regional Original Income (PAD) and the General Allocation Fund (DAU) together have an effect on fiscal stress. However, the results showed that PAD and DAU had no effect either partially or simultaneously on fiscal stress. Kerywordss :Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Fiscal Stress, Financial Performance, and Regional Autonomy
