Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang ada terkait kualitas pembelajaran daring di SMA N 3 Tebo. Beberapa permasalahan tersebut seperti adanya kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring bagi guru, dikarenakan masih diperlukannya penyesuaian terhadap kebiasaan baru akibat pandemi Covid-19 Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada guru, diketahui hal yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran daring tersebut yaitu profesionalisme kinerja dan kemampuan literasi digital guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara : (1) profesionalisme kinerja guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring; (2) kemampuan literasi digital guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring; dan (3) profesionalisme kinerja guru dan kemampuan literasi digital guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Ex Po Facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y dengan thitung > ttabel (3,873 > 2,01669); (2) terdapat pengaruh X2 terhadap Y diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,480 > 2,01669); (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan, X1 dan X2 terhadap Y berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (16,506 > 3,214) dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,434 yang berarti bahwa kualitas pembelajaran daring dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme kinerja guru dan kemampuan literasi digital guru sebesar 43,4%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh profesionalisme kinerja guru dan kemampuan literasi digital guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tebo. Kata kunci: profesionalisme, literasi digital, kualitas pembelajaran. This research was conducted based on existing problems related to the quality of online learning at SMA N 3 Tebo. Some of these problems include difficulties in implementing online learning for teachers, because adjustments are still needed to new habits due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on research conducted on teachers, it is known that the things that affect the quality of online learning are the professionalism of the teacher's performance and digital literacy skills. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between: (1) the professionalism of teacher performance on the quality of online learning; (2) teachers' digital literacy skills on the quality of online learning; and (3) the professionalism of teacher performance and digital literacy skills of teachers on the quality of online learning. This research is a quantitative research using Ex Post Facto research approach. The population in this study were 46 people. Sampling technique with saturated sample. The results showed that (1) there was an effect of X1 on Y with tcount > ttable (3.873 > 2.01669); (2) there is an effect of X2 on Y obtained tcount > ttable (2.480 > 2.01669); (3) there is a simultaneous effect, X1 and X2 on Y based on data analysis obtained Fcount > Ftable (16.506 > 3.214) and the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.434 which means that the quality of online learning is influenced by the professionalism of the teacher's performance and the teacher's digital literacy ability by 43.4%. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of teacher performance professionalism and teacher digital literacy skills on the quality of online learning at SMA N 3 Tebo.
