Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Fatigue is a problem that people and especially workers complain about. Work fatigue experienced by workers is characterized by a decrease in performance which can have an impact on the organism, as well as factors such as: feeling tired at work, decreased motivation, and decreased mental or physical activity. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between individual factors and physical workload with work fatigue on workers at CV. Kahwa Jaya Saw Mill Jambi City. Research Methods: The type of research used is analytical research with a cross sectional study design where data collection is carried out only once for each respondent. The population in this study were workers were 40 respondents, with the sampling technique used is total sampling, which is sampling where the number of samples is with the existing population. Stastic test used is chi-square. Results: there is a relationship between age = 0.027 ; PR = 10,714 ;95% (1.210-94.862)), years of service (ρ = 0.000; PR = 21.600 ;95% (3.535-131.979)), nutritional status (ρ = 0.040; PR = 5.067 ;95% (1.095-23,445)), physical workload (ρ = 0.011; PR = 14,167 ;95% (1.594-125.878)) with fatigue experienced by workers. There was no relationship between marital status (ρ = 0.286; PR = 2.857; 95% (0.629-12.98)) and smoking status (ρ = 0.728; PR = 0.733; 95% (0.180-2.986) with work fatigue experienced by workers. Conclusion: Factors related to work fatigue are: age, years of service, nutritional status, physical workload. While the variables that have no relationship are marital status and smoking status. ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kelelahan merupakan suatu masalah yang dikeluhkan oleh masyarakat dan terutama para pekerja. Kelelahan kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja ditandai dengan penurunan peforma yang bisa berdampak kepada organisme, begitu pula terhadap faktor seperti: perasaan lelah saat bekerja, motivasi menurun, dan penurunan aktivitas mental ataupun fisik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor individu dan beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di CV.Kahwa Jaya Saw Mill Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan desain studi cross sectional dimana pengambilan data dilakukan hanya dalam satu kali pada setiap responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja adalah 40 reponden, dengan Teknik pengambilan yang digunakan adalah total sampling yang yaitu dilakukan pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel dengan populasi yang ada. Uji Stastic yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil: ada hubungan usia ρ = 0,027 ;PR = 10,714 ;95% (1.210-94,862)), masa kerja (ρ = 0,000;PR = 21,600 ;95% (3,535-131,979)), status gizi (ρ = 0,040; PR = 5,067 ;95% (1,095-23,445)), beban kerja fisik (ρ = 0,011; PR = 14,167 ;95% (1,594-125,878)) dengan kelelahan yang dialami oleh pekerja. Tidak ada hubungan antara status perkawinan (ρ = 0,286; PR = 2,857; 95% (0,629-12,98)) dan status merokok (ρ = 0,728; PR = 0,733; 95% (0,180-2,986) dengan kelelahan kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja yaitu: usia, masa kerja, status gizi, beban kerja fisik. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki hubungan adalah status perkawinan dan status merokok. Kata Kunci: Status Gizi, Usia, Masa Kerja, Perkawinan, Status Merokok, Beban Kerja Fisik.
