Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Akuntabilitas APBdes pada Desa Senaung Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Kabupaten Muaro Jambi sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 113 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa pada Desa Senaung Sampel penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan APBdes yang berjumlah 18 orang. Alat ukur dari penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada setiap perangkat desa sebanyak 20 kuesioner. Data terkumpul diolah melalui bantuan program SPSS 22 for Windows. Nilai yang terkumpul kemudian di jumlahkan dan di rata-ratakan sesuai persentase jawaban setuju dan sangat setuju sesuai dimensi yang ada. dari pembahasan pada setiap dimensi maka diperoleh dari keempat dimensi, dimensi akuntabilitas kejujuran dan hukum, dimensi akuntabilitas program dan dimensi akuntabilitas kebijakan, belum bisa berjalan dengan baik.dengan kondisi seperti itu maka akuntabilitas pendapatan dan belanja desa (APBDes) di desa Senaung belum dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kata kunci:Akuntabilitas, pengolaan APBdes. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the Accountability of APBdes in Senaung Village, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi District in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 113 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Village Financial Management. The population in this study is the village apparatus in Senaung Village. The sample of this study is the village apparatus related to the management of APBdes, amounting to 20 people. Measuring instrument from this research is a questionnaire that has been distributed to each village apparatus as many as 20 questionnaires added up through the help of the SPSS 22 for Windows program. to find the average score of answers which will then be adjusted to the existing interpretation table. The overall accountability value of the APBdes of Senaung Village, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency is 3.04. This value when referring to the interpretation scale table is included in the quite good category. The senaung Village apparatus has carried out accountability for the APBdes that has been provided by the central government with good management.
