Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to finding out how big job training can impact on the unemployment rate. Job training made to improve trainee skills and knowledge. One of the programs that is encouraged by the government with the concept of training is the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) with the concept of training program to the needs of the job market. This research uses quantitative research method along with collected data through kueisoner. The subjects studied were 53 participants of BLK Bungo class 2019 training as well as interviews with several trainees and The Administrative Kassubag of BLK Bungo Regency. The object studied was training at BLK Bungo Regency. The results of this study showed that the significant effect on the unemployment rate was participants with a significant value of 0.007. Furthermore the material with a significant value of 0.384. Method with a significant value of 0.482. Instructor with a significant score of 0.878. And the last goal with a significant value of 0.896, arguably the goal is the smallest variable impact on the unemployment rate. The results of multiple s linear regression results (instructors, participants, materials, methods and objectives) have a positive and significant affect on unemployment rate with a significant value of 0.005.
