Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perkembangan PDRB subsektor transportasi, perkembangan infrastruktur jalan, perkembangan jumlah kendaraan, dan perkembangan jumlah penduduk di Provinsi Jambi dan 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan subsektor trasnportasi di Provinsi Jambi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan rumus perkembangan dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian selama tahun 2005-2020 di Provinsi Jambi memiliki rata-rata perkembangan : PDRB subsektor transportasi sebesar 2,73 persen, infrastruktur jalan sebesar 0,52 persen, jumlah kendaraan sebesar 13, 55 persen dan jumlah penduduk sebesar 2,23 persen. Variabel infrastruktur jalan, jumlah kendaraan dan jumlah penduduk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh siginfikan terhadap pertumbuhan subsektor transportasi di Provinsi Jambi pada alpa 5 %. Secara parsial variabel infrastruktur jalan dan jumlah kendaraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan subsektor transportasi dan variabel jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan subsektor transportasi di Provinsi Jambi pada alpa 5 %. Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Subsektor Transportasi, Infrastruktur Jalan, Jumlah Kendaraan Dan Jumlah Penduduk ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1). To find out and analyze the development of the GRDP transportation sub-sector, the development of road infrastructure, the development of the number of vehicles, and the development of the population in Jambi Province and 2). To find out and analyze what factors influence the growth of the transportation sub-sector in Jambi Province. The method of data analysis in this study used secondary data with the development formula and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research during 2005-2020, Jambi Province has an average development: GRDP of the transportation sub-sector of 2.73 percent, road infrastructure of 0.52 percent, the number of vehicles by 13.55 percent and a population of 2.23 percent. The variables of road infrastructure, the number of vehicles and the number of residents together have a significant effect on the growth of the transportation sub-sector in Jambi Province at a negligible 5%. Partially, the variable of road infrastructure and the number of vehicles have a positive and significant effect on the growth of the transportation sub-sector and the variable of population has a positive and insignificant effect on the growth of the transportation sub-sector in Jambi Province at negligible 5%.
