PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN DAUN MANGKOKAN (Nothopanax Scutellarium Merr) DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP KUALITAS SUSU KAMBING PERANAKAN ETAWAH Tri Surya Wahyuni1, Adriani2, Indra Sulaksana3 Program Studi Peternakan Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jambi Jln. Objek penelitian adalah 12 ekor Kambing Peranakan Etawah bulan laktasi kedua dan Daun Mangkokan. Rancangan acak kelompok digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan penelitian adalah P0 = hijauan 70% + konsentrat 30% (kontrol), P1 = P0 + 20 gram daun mangkokan, P2 = P0 + 40 gram daun mangkokan. Peubah yang diamati adalah protein, lemak dan berat jenis air susu kambing PE. Analisis data menggunakan analisis ragam anova apabila berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian daun mangkokan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap protein susu dengan rataan 3.56% kisaran 3.54-3.61%, lemak susu dengan rataan 4.4% kisaran 3.9-4.7%, dan berat jenis susu dengan rataan 1.0356 kisaran 1.027-1.052. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pemberian daun mangkokan tidak mempengaruhi kualitas susu kambing Peranakan Etawah meliputi protein, lemak dan berat jenis air susu. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the effect of adding Mangkokan leaves in the ration on the milk quality of Etawah Peranakan goats. The object of the research were 12 Etawah Crossbreed Goats in the second lactation month and Mangkokan Leaf. A randomized block design was used in this study with 3 treatments and 4 replications. The research treatments were P0 = 70% forage + 30% concentrate (control), P1 = P0 + 20 grams of kukukan leaves, P2 = P0 + 40 grams of kukukan leaves. The observed variables were protein, fat and specific gravity of PE goat's milk. Data analysis using ANOVA analysis of variance, if it has a significant effect, is followed by Duncan's multiple distance test. The results showed that the provision of Mangkokan leaves had no significant effect (P > 0.05) on milk protein with an average of 3.56% in the range of 3.54-3.61%, milk fat with an average of 4.4% in the range of 3.9-4.7%, and the density of milk with an average of 1.0356 in the range 1.027-1.052. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the administration of the Mangkukan leaf does not affect the quality of Etawah Peranakan goat's milk including protein, fat and specific gravity of milk.
