Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari variabel Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Jurusan PIPS Angkatan 2017-2018 FKIP Universitas Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa angkatan 2017-2018 Jurusan PIPS FKIP Universitas Jambi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 187 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil uji t, terlihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 14,129 > 1,973 sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha (2) terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil uji t, terlihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 7,006 > 1,973 sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha (3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil uji F di mana nilai Fhitung 99,302 sedangkan Ftabel 3,04 karena 99,302 > 3,04 sehingga terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel motivasi berwirausaha dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha. Adapun koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,519 dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebesar 51,9% minat berwirausaha ditentukan oleh motivasi berwirausaha dan efikasi diri, sedangkan 48,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini Dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha (X1) dan efikasi diri (X2) terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y) pada mahasiswa Jurusan PIPS angkatan 2017-2018 FKIP Universitas Jambi. Ini dapat diartikan bahwa apabila mahasiswa memiliki motivasi berwirausaha yang tinggi dan baik dan apabila mempunyai efikasi diri yang kuat sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan dan menerapkan kegiatan kewirausahaan secara konsisten pada mahasiswa Jurusan PIPS angkatan 2017-2018 FKIP Universitas Jambi. This study aims to determine the description of the variables of the Influence of Entrepreneurial Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Interest in Entrepreneurship in the 2017-2018 PIPS Department Students, FKIP Jambi University. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the 2017-2018 class of PIPS FKIP Jambi University. The sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample of 187 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistics. The results in this study indicate that (1) there is an influence of entrepreneurial motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. This can be proven through the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the value of tcount > ttable is 14,129 > 1,973 so that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation and interest in entrepreneurship (2) there is an effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. This can be proven through the results of the t test, it appears that the value of tcount > ttable is 7.006 > 1.973 so that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship (3) there is an influence of entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. This can be proven through the results of the F test where the value of Fcount is 99.302 while Ftable is 3.04 because 99.302 > 3.04 so that there is a significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.519 can be concluded that 51.9% of interest in entrepreneurship is determined by entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy, while the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. From the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) on entrepreneurial interest (Y) in PIPS Department students from the 2017-2018 class of FKIP Jambi University. This can be interpreted that if students have high and good entrepreneurial motivation and if they have strong self-efficacy so that they can increase entrepreneurial interest and implement entrepreneurial activities consistently in 2017-2018 PIPS Department students, FKIP Jambi University.
