Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the development and influence of population growth in the human development index and domestic investment to the submission of the ways working in the district in Jambi Province. The research method used in this study is the method of secondary data analysis by using the eviews 10 analysis tool. Simultaneous economic growth in the population growth of human development index and domestic capital investment affect the positive and significant effect on the absorption of workers in the Jambi Province, with the probability value of 0,000 partially the economic growth variable and economic growth variable and economic investment in domestic affecting positive and significant effect on the absorption of labor with a probability of 0.0011 and 0.000 while the in the population growth and human development index is significant but is not significant to absorb positive but the workforce with a probability of 0.853 and 0.8600 the figure is smaller. Keyword : absorption, economic growth, population human, development index and domestic investment Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perkembangan dan Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pertumbuhan Penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data sekunder dengan menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 10. Secara simultan Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, pertumbuhan penduduk, indeks pembangunan manusia dan penanaman modal dalam negeri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jambi dengan nilai Probabilita sebesar 0.000000, secara parsial variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penanaman modal dalam negeri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dengan nilai probabilita 0.0011 dan 0.0000, sedangkan variabel Pertumbuhan Penduduk dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja dengan nilai Probabilita sebesar 0.8553 dan 0.8600 dimana angka tersebut lebih kecil dari 0.05. Kata kunci : Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pertumbuhan Penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri.
