Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa : 1) Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai di UIN STS Jambi; 2) Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di UIN STS Jambi; 3) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara di UIN STS Jambi; 4) Pengaruh tidak langsung Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai di UIN STS Jambi melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Survey menggunakan Statistik Inferensial melalui Analisa Jalur (Path Analysis) yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dari hubungan yang dimediasi. Dalam mengestimasi mediasi dalam model penelitian, peneliti menggunakan data Cross Sectional yang diperoleh dari 70 Responden penelitian yang tersebar di UIN STS Jambi secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dengan Motivasi Kerja pada Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara UIN STS Jambi; 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dengan Kinerja pada Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara UIN STS Jambi; 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan hubungan yang tidak searah antara Motivasi dengan Kinerja pada Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara UIN STS Jambi; 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Servant Leadership secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja di UIN STS Jambi. Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi ABSTRACT This study is aimed at; 1) Analysing the influence of Servant Leadership towards Civil Servant Employees’ performance in UIN STS Jambi; 2) Analysing the influence of Servant Leadership on Civil Servant Employees’ work motivation in UIN STS Jambi; 3) Analysing the effect of motivation on Civil Servant Employees’ performance in UIN STS Jambi; 4) Analyzing the indirect effect of Servant Leadership towards Civil Servant Employees’ performance in UIN STS Jambi through motivation. Survey research is applied in this study and Inferential Statistics through Path Analysis is used to test the hypothesis of the mediated relationship. Moreover, cross sectional data are used to estimate mediation in the research model. Simple random sampling technique is utilized to obtain the data from 70 respondents spread out in UIN STS Jambi. Statistically, it can be seen that there is significant influence of mediation effect and there is significant level of variables used to interpret the models. The results of the study show that; 1) There is significant influence between servant leadership and Civil Servant Employees’ work motivation in UIN STS Jambi; 2) There is no significant effect between servant leadership and the Civil Servant Employees’ performance in UIN STS Jambi; 3) There is a significant relationship between Civil Servant Employees’ motivation and performance in UIN STS Jambi; 4) There is a direct positive and significant influence of servant leadership on Civil Servant Employees’ performance with work motivation in UIN STS Jambi.
