Abstract
This study examined students’ soft skills (communication, IT, numeracy, learning how to learn, problem solving, working with others, and subject-specific competencies) Students’ self-reports demonstrated that the students rated their overall soft skills practices at the average of level of mean score. Looking at more specific skills, five of seven Soft skills were practiced at medium level; they are numeracy, learning how to learn, IT and problem solving and subject-specific competencies. However they rated their soft skills in term of communication and working each other at high level. Overall conclusion suggests that the institution should be alerted with this issues in order that the planning and soft skills practices in teaching and learning process at the faculty can be reflected and evaluated.
