Abstract
ABSTRAK Pegawai atau sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset vital pada hampir semua jenis organisasi yang menjadi pilar utama sekaligus penggerak roda organisasi dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misinya. Pegawai dengan kinerja yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Dan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai yaitu faktor komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi,dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Kota Jambi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 65 orang dengan menggunakan sekala liker. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis data yaitu SPSS versi 24. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor ,uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji T dan analisis regeresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja ABSTRACT Employees or human resources (HR) are vital assets in almost all types of organizations which are the main pillars as well as the driving force of the organization in an effort to realize its vision and mission. Employees with high performance will improve overall organizational performance. And factors that can affect employee performance are organizational commitment factors and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Jambi City. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 65 people using a Liker scale. The research was conducted using a data analysis tool, namely SPSS version 24. The data testing technique used in this study included validity testing with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha. T test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
