Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Poskestren is a place or container in empowering the environment of Islamic boarding schools in improving health status. The implementation of Poskestren is still not optimal due to several factors plus the Covid-19 pandemic which hampers the implementation of Poskestren activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Poskestren program at the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Seberang Jambi. Method : This study uses a qualitative type of research using an observation approach and in-depth interviews. The research subjects were 9 people, 6 main informants and 3 others were supporting informants. Data analysis uses interactive methods which can later be drawn conclusions from the results of research that has been done. Results : The activities carried out by the Nurul Iman Poskestren include input from personnel, funds, facilities and methods/policies, the process from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating and the output of Poskestren is still not optimal according to the regulation of the minister of health No.1 of 2013 concerning guidelines for the implementation of Poskestren. Conclusion : The Poskestren activity program is still not optimal in accordance with the standards and guidelines for the implementation and implementation of Poskestren. The need for continuous and comprehensive optimization, provision of physical and non-physical facilities, advocacy and collaboration across sectors and across programs and maximizing stakeholder functions so that the Poskestren program continues to run well. Keywords : Implementation, Poskestren, Islamic Boarding School ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Poskestren merupakan suatu tempat atau wadah dalam memberdayakan lingkungan pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Masih belum optimalnya pelaksanaan Poskestren dikarenakan beberapa faktor ditambah masa pandemi Covid-19 yang menghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan Poskestren. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi program Poskestren Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman, Seberang Jambi. Metode : Penelitian ini memakai tipe penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan observasi serta wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 9 orang, 6 orang informan utama dan 3 lainya merupakan informan pendukung. Analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif yang nantinya dapat ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan. Hasil : Hasil dari kegiatan pelaksanaan Poskestren Nurul Iman masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara pedoman panduan penyelenggaraan Poskestren yang sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1 Tahun 2013 dengan unsur input, proses dan output Poskestren Nurul Iman. Kesimpulan : Masih belum optimalnya program kegiatan Poskestren sesuai dengan standar dan pedoman penyelenggaraan dan pelaksanaan Poskestren. Perlunya pengoptimalan yang dilakukan secara kontinue dan komprehensif, penyediaan fasilitas fisik dan non fisik, advokasi dan pemaksimalan fungsi stakeholder agar keberlanjutan program Poskestren mulai dari input, proses hingga output tetap berjalan dengan baik.
