Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tingkat partisipasi anggota di Koperasi Unit Desa Karya Mukti Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo. 2) Untuk mengetahui SHU Anggota di Koperasi Unit Desa karya Mukti Kecamatan Pelepat ilir Kabupaten Bungo. 3) Untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat hubungan partisipasi anggota koperasi dengan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) Anggota di Koperasi Unit Desa Karya Mukti Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo.Metode yang digunakan dalam penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode Simple random Sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode analisis Chi-square. Dari hasil uraian analisis dan pembahasan, maka disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1) Partisipasi anggota yang ada di KUD Karya Mukti Kabupaten Bungo tergolong tinggi . Hal ini terlihat pada hasil penelitian dimana jumlah anggota yang termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 51%, sedangkan pada kategori rendah yaitu sebesar 49%. 2) SHU anggota yang ada di KUD Karya Mukti Kabupaten Bungo tergolong tinggi. Hal ini terlihat pada hasil penelitian dimana jumlah anggota yang memperoleh SHU anggota yang termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi sebesar 51%, dikarenakan anggota koperasi berpartisipasi aktif dalam manajemen organisasi, pemupukan modal serta pemanfaatan layanan usaha koperasi. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara partisipasi anggota dengan SHU anggota di KUD Karya Mukti Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir Kabupaten Bungo. Kata kunci: Partisipasi anggota, Sisa Hasil Usaha Anggota, Anggota Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) This study aims to: 1) To find out how the description of the level of participation of members in the Karya Mukti Village Unit Cooperative, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency. 2) To find out the SHU of Members in the Village Unit Cooperative by Mukti, Pelepat ilir District, Bungo Regency. 3) To analyze whether there is a relationship between the participation of cooperative members and the remaining business income (SHU) of members in the Karya Mukti Village Unit Cooperative, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency. The method used in sampling in this study used probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling method. The data used in this study is the Chi-square analysis method. From the results of the analysis and discussion descriptions, it is concluded as follows: 1) The participation of members in the Karya Mukti KUD Bungo Regency is high. This can be seen in the results of the study where the number of members included in the high category is 51%, while in the low category is 49%. 2) SHU of members in KUD Karya Mukti Bungo Regency is high. This can be seen in the results of the study where the number of members who obtained SHU members belonging to the high category was 51%, because cooperative members actively participated in organizational management, capital accumulation and utilization of cooperative business services. 3) There is a real relationship between member participation and member SHU in KUD Karya Mukti, Pelepat Ilir District, Bungo Regency.
