Abstract
This study aims to analyze service quality in Raden Mattaher hospital. 135 respondents were collected as survey respondents. Data collection using questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using descriptif statistic tools. The study found that public service quality index of Raden Mattaher hospital is B (good) category.
