Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Nilai Tukar Petani, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan PDRB Sektor Pertanian terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan model data panel menggunakan pendekatan Random Effect Model (REM). Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtun waktu (time series) mulai dari tahun 2015-2019. Alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Data Panel. Berdasarkan analisis, diperoleh hasil bahwa ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan, nilai tukar petani dan indeks pembangunan manusia serta PDRB sektor pertanian selama periode penelitian 2015-2019 mengalami fluktuasi, dimana semuanya saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Kemudian dari hasil uji regresi, secara simultan (uji F) Nilai Tukar Petani, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan PDRB Sektor Pertanian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan. Kemudian secara parsial (uji t) Nilai Tukar Petani berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendaptan, dan PDRB sektor pertanian berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan. Kata Kunci : Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan, Nilai Tukar Petani, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, PDRB Sektor Pertanian. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the effect of the Farmer's Exchange Rate, Human Development Index and GRDP of the Agricultural Sector to the inequality of income distribution in the Province of Sumatra Island. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data with a panel data model using the approach Random Effect Model (REM). This study uses time series data (time series) starting from the year 2015 to 2019. The data analysis tool in this study uses Panel Data Regression. Based on the analysis, inequality in income distribution, farmer exchange rates and the human development index as well as the GRDP of the agricultural sector during the 2015-2019 research period fluctuated, all of which were interrelated with each other. Then from the results of the regression test, it was found that simultaneously (F test) Farmer's Exchange Rate, Human Development Index and GRDP of the Agricultural Sector had a significant effect on the inequality of income distribution. Then partially (t test) Farmer's Exchange Rate has a negative and significant effect on income distribution inequality, the Human Development Index has a negative and significant effect on income distribution inequality, and GRDP in the agricultural sector has a negative and insignificant effect on income distribution inequality.
