Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Universitas Jambi in Academic year 2021/2022. First Supervisor : Dr. Nyimas Triyana Safitri, S.Pd., M.Ed,St and second Supervisor : Dedy Kurniawan, S.S, M.A. The objective of this research is to explore teacher strategies in the use of online English material at SMA 10 Kota Jambi. In this research, the researcher employed qualitative with case study approach. The participant in this researcher is an English teacher. To gain the data, the researcher interviewed an English teacher who had case in used online English material in her class. The result of this research indicated that there are some problems arise in used online nglish material. Teacher had a problem in her students' lack interest, students' low attitude and students' low vocabulary mastery. Fortunately, the teacher had some alternative as a solutions to solve her problems. The teacher gave cooperative learning models, identifying words, translating and memorizing to helped her students enjoyed her class and understood the material although the class by online.
