Abstract

ABSTRAK LATAR BELAKANG Penyalahgunaan narkotika dapat berdampak negatif pada kualitas hidup. Bagi pengguna narkotika, kualitas hidup merupakan komponen penting, ini berkaitan dengan proses pemulihan. Rehabilitasi rawat jalan merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Kualitas hidup juga menjadi salah satu faktor yang dipertimbangkan dalam rehabilitasi, sehingga BNNP Jambi berupaya untuk memperhatikannya selama rehabilitasi. TUJUAN Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas rehabilitasi rawat jalan terhadap kualitas hidup pengguna narkotika di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Jambi. METODE Metode kuantitatif pendekatan analisis komparatif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data klien sebelum dan setelah menyelesaikan 4-8 sesi intervensi rehabilitasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen WHOQoL-BREF. Jumlah subjek 102 klien, diantaranya 64 tahun 2019 dan 38 tahun 2020. Menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25. HASIL Dari hasil uji paired T-test diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) .000 berarti terdapat perbedaan kualitas hidup pengguna narkotika sebelum dan setelah mengikuti intervensi rehabilitasi rawat jalan. Karena menggunakan data yang sudah ada, terdapat kondisi yang tidak terkontrol, sehingga rehabilitasi tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai satu-satunya faktor yang meningkatkan kualitas hidup. KESIMPULAN Program rehabilitasi rawat jalan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup klien BNNP Jambi tahun 2019 dan 2020. Perlu kehati-hatian dalam menggeneralisasikan hasil penelitian dikarenakan menggunakan data tahun 2019 dan 2020. For narcotics users, quality of life is an important component and it is related to the recovery process. Outpatient rehabilitation is one of the initiatives that can improve one's quality of life. The quality of life is also one of the factors considered in rehabilitation, which is why BNNP Jambi makes an effort to pay attention to it during the rehabilitation. OBJECTIVES This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of outpatient rehabilitation on the quality of life of narcotics users at the National Narcotics Board of Jambi Province. METHOD Quantitative method with a comparative analysis approach. The data were a collection from the client of BNNP Jambi before and after completing 4 to 8 session rehabilitation interventions. The method used the WHOQoL-BREF instrument. Subjects are narcotics users who are clients at the BNNP Jambi. The client's total number of subjects is 102, including 64 in 2019 and 38 in 2020. Using the total sampling technique. Data analysis by using SPSS 25. RESULT From the results of the paired T-test, the sig. (2-tailed) of .000, which means there are differences in the quality of life of narcotics users after and before participating in outpatient rehabilitation interventions. Because it uses existing data, there are conditions that are not controlled, so it cannot be argued that rehabilitation is the only factor that improves the quality of life. CONCLUSION The outpatient rehabilitation program can increase the quality of life of BNNP Jambi clients in 2019 and 2020.
