Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi pada UMKM khususnya di Toko Alat Tulis Kijang Mas. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi alternatif desain yang dipilih untuk pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi terintregrasi pada Toko Alat Tulis Kijang Mas sehingga diharapkan dapat mempermudah data pencatatan kuangan usaha secara praktis dan pengelolaan keuangan bisnis lebih mudah. Untuk menganalisis langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang terintegrasi di Toko Alat Tulis Kijang Mas. Studi telah dilakukan di dua tahap yaitu analisis dan desain konseptual.Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa informasi sistem yang dimiliki oleh Toko Alat Tulis Kijang Mas belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi. Maka setelah melakukan mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi alternatif desain. Diputuskan ada tiga cara untuk melakukannya yaitu dengan membeli perangkat lunak/aplikasi, mengembangkan perangkat lunak mereka sendiri, dan sistem outsourcing. Dari ketiga cara tersebut Penulis memilih membeli software/aplikasi untuk solusi yang terbaik dan berharap bahwa penerapan yang dipilih dapat memenuhi kebutuhan Toko Alat Tulis Kijang Mas. Dalam penerapan ini, toko tersebut dapat memanfaatkan sofware/aplikasi untuk pencatatan penjualan dan pembelian, sehingga toko tersebut dapat menerima informasi berdasarkan laporan pada sofwafe/aplikasi tersebut. The purpose of this study was to determine the accounting information system applied to the Kijang Mas Stationery Store. And the problem of accounting information needed for MSMEs, especially at the Kijang Mas Stationery Store. In addition, this study aims to evaluate and recommend an alternative design chosen for the development of an accounting information system at the Kijang Mas Stationery Store so that it is expected to become an integrated system to stabilize its business continuity. For example, simplifying business financial recording data in a practical way and managing business finances more easily. To analyze the steps required for the development of an integrated accounting information system at the Kijang Mas Stationery Store. The study has been carried out in two stages, namely analysis and conceptual design. This type of research is a case study. The data used were obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. The result of this research is that the information system owned by Kijang Mas Stationery Store is not yet fully integrated. So after identifying and evaluating design alternatives. It was decided that there are three ways to do this namely by purchasing software/applications, developing their own software, and outsourcing systems. Of the three ways, the author chooses to buy software/application for the best solution and hopes that the chosen application can meet the needs of the Kijang Mas Stationery Store. In this application, the store can take advantage of the software/application for recording sales and purchases, so that the store can receive information based on reports on the software/application
