Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the utilization and security of goods in the form of land and to analyze the management of goods in the form of land belonging to the regional government of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The formulation of the problem from this research is how to use and secure goods in the form of land belonging to the local government of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method which is field and empirical. The data processing technique used by the author goes through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the management of fixed assets / regional property carried out by the administration and asset management sector at the Regional Finance Agency of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency has carried out optimally and in accordance with the system and procedure for the cycle of regional property management as regulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 19 of 2016 concerning guidelines for the management of regional property, but not all of them have been implemented optimally, such as delays in submitting reports at the level of goods users, in addition, the use of regional assets by the Regional Finance Agency of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency is only limited to the use of borrowing and use, security what the Regional Finance Agency of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency does does not carry out legal safeguards. The author suggests that it is necessary to improve the quality of Human Resources, leadership commitment in giving attention.
