Abstract

ABSTRAK (Rado Permata/ P2C219025 / 2022 / The Effect of Knowledge Sharing on the Performance of SMEs in Jambi City Through Innovative Work Behavior / Dr. Sigit Indrawijaya, S.E., M.SI. 1 , Dr. Agus Solikhin, S.E., M.M. 2). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on the performance of SMEs through innovative work behavior in the city of Jambi. The subject used as the unit of analysis is SMEs in the city of Jambi. The population in this study amounted to 3588 SMEs, while the number of units of analysis was 360 SMEs in Jambi City. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data processing through Amos v.22 software. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing will have a greater impact on the performance of SMEs if mediated by innovative work behavior in Jambi City.
