Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara blended learning. Terdapat kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran yang disebabkan bahan ajar yang belum memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik tersebut, membuat modul elastisitas dan hukum hooke berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) pada android akan sangat membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran secara mandiri. Proses pembelajaran secara mandiri berguna untuk memahami konsep serta melatih peserta didik dalam memecahkan soal secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul elastisitas dan hukum hooke berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) pada android dan mengetahui bagaimana persepsi peserta didik kelas XI MIPA terhadap bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, wawancara, dan angket. Uji coba produk dilakukan di SMAN 3 Kota Jambi dan SMAN 11 Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi, penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media, dan angket persepsi peserta didik terhadap produk mencapai kriteria sangat baik dan produk layak digunakan. Hasil penilaian respon peserta didik terhadap modul berbasis STEM pada android menggunakan angket secara keseluruhan adalah 3,5 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul elastisitas dan hukum hooke berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) pada android yang telah dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. This research is motivated by the problem of implementing learning which is carried out by blended learning. There are difficulties in delivering learning caused by teaching materials that do not meet the needs of these students, making a STEM-based elasticity and hooke law module (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) on Android will greatly assist students in the independent learning process. The independent learning process is useful for understanding concepts and training students in solving problems independently. This study aims to develop a module of elasticity and Hooke's law based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) on android and find out how the students' perception of class XI MIPA is on the teaching materials developed. This research is a development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research instruments used were validation sheets, interviews, and questionnaires. Product trials were conducted at SMAN 3 Jambi City and SMAN 11 Jambi City. The results showed that the feasibility assessment by the material expert, the feasibility assessment by the media expert, and a questionnaire on student perceptions of the product reached very good criteria and the product was feasible to use. The results of the assessment of student responses to STEM-based modules on android using a questionnaire overall are 3.5 with a very good category. Based on the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that the elasticity and Hooke's law module based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) on Android that has been developed can be used as a learning resource.
