Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence and factors that influence human (human), organization (organization), technology (technology) on the net benefit (benefits) of the UNJA i-LMS system. This research was conducted by evaluating the UNJA i-LMS system by utilizing the HOT-Fit model evaluation method, where the type of research used was a survey research method with a quantitative research approach. The total population in the study, which was 21,390 of the population, then determined the sample using the Slovin formula which resulted in a total sample of 99.54 and then rounded up to 100 samples. Where the sample is determined using purposive sampling technique. This study uses two data analysis techniques, namely univariate and multivariate. Univariate is an analytical technique to see the percentage of each item of research questionnaire questions using descriptive statistics. Then multivariate, namely data analysis techniques to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, where the independent variables in this study are human, organization, and technology then the dependent variable is net benefit. In the univariate technique using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The first is the classical assumption test, in this test there are several stages carried out namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Then there are several other tests, namely the coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2), the t statistic test, and the F statistical test. The results showed that partially the human variable did not have a significant effect on the net benefit variable, while the organization variable and technology variable had a significant effect on the net benefit. In the simultaneous test, it is known that the human, organization, and technology variables have a significant influence on the net benefit variable.
