Abstract

Kepadatan penduduk berpengaruh negatif terhadap Case Fatality Rate (CFR) Covid-19 tahun 2021 Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Kota Jambi, analisis spasial, autokorelasi, spatial clustering, ABSTRACT Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Covid-19 has had a major impact on social, economic and health aspects. This study aims to look at the distribution of Covid-19 cases, the autocorrelation of Covid-19 cases, and the factors that influence the number of cases, Incidence Rate (IR), Mortality Rate (MR), and Case Fatality Rate (CFR) Covid-19 in Indonesia. Jambi City in 2020-2021. This research is an ecological study that uses aggregate data per district in Jambi City. It is known that there is one cluster of cases during 2020-2021, namely in the Districts of Alam Barajo, Telanaipura and Jelutung. The results of the LISA autocorrelation analysis for 2020-2021 are known that there are 5 sub-districts that are at risk of spreading cases, namely Simpang IV Sipin, Kenali Besar, Rawasari, Bagan Pete and Tahtul Yaman Villages. The number of 2020 cases is influenced by population (P = 0,028) and humidity (P = 0,0008), while the number of Covid-19 cases in 2021 is influenced by population (P = 0,000). Compliance with social distancing protocols has a positive effect on the Covid-19 Incidence Rate in 2021 (P = 0,012) and negatively affects the Covid-19 Mortality Rate in 2021 (P = 0,05). Population density has a negative effect on the Covid-19 Case Fatality Rate (CFR) in 2021. Keywords: Covid-19, Jambi City, spatial analysis, autocorrelation, spatial clustering,
