Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Tingkat Upah, dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Leasing PT.Federal International Finance Syariah Kota Jambi dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa karakteristik karyawan leasing PT.FIF Syariah dalam pandangan Islam dan ada tidaknya pengaruh dari faktor lingkungan kerja, tingkat upah, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk variabel dependen (y) kinerja karyawan, untuk variabel independen (x) lingkungan kerja, tingkat upah, dan pelatihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriftif kuantitatif,untuk menganalisis karakteristik karyawan PT.FIF Syariah menggunakan alat analisis uji F, uji t dan regresi linear berganda,data diolah menggunakan program Software SPSS 24. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.FIF Syariah yang berjumlah 75 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa. Nilai koefisien determinasi r² = 0,679 atau 67,9% menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengaruh variabel independen (lingkungan kerja, tingkat upah, dan pelatihan) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 67,9%, sedangkan sisanya 32,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Tingkat Upah, Pelatihan, dan Kinerja Karyawan This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of the Work Environment, Wage Levels, and Training on the Performance of Leasing Employees of PT. Federal International Finance Syariah Jambi City in the Perspective of Islamic Economics". The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the characteristics of PT.FIF Syariah leasing employees in an Islamic perspective and whether or not there was an influence from work environment factors, wage levels, and training on employee performance. For the dependent variable (y) employee performance, for the independent variable (x) work environment, wage level, and training. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, to analyze the characteristics of PT.FIF Syariah employees using the F test, t test and multiple linear regression analysis tools, the data is processed using the SPSS 24 software program. The sample of this study is PT.FIF Syariah employees, totaling 75 respondents. Based on the research results obtained that. The value of the coefficient of determination r² = 0.679 or 67.9% indicates that the percentage of the influence of the independent variable (work environment, wage level, and training) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 67.9%, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables. outside of research.
