Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi, efektivitas dan menghitung biaya produksi dari penggunaan alat wheel loader, sehingga manfaat penelitiaan ini dapat mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan hasil produksi. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data produksi wheel loader dengan diolah secara teoritis data produksi diambil pada bulan desember 2021 di ROM 2 PT Dizamatra Powerindo. Hasil pada penelitian ini didapatkan efektivitas wheel loader pada bulan desember 2021 yaitu sebesar 61%, produktivitas sebesar 144,13 ton/jam, sementara itu untuk efektivitas wheel loader pada tanggal 1-31 Desember 2021 mencapai 86,43% dimana dapat dikategorikan sangat efektif, dengan biaya produksi yang diperkirakan adalah sebesar Rp. 1.844/ton akan tetapi actual yang didapatkan adalah Rp. 2.193/ton sedangkan biaya produksi actual lebih mahal daripada biaya yang diperkirakan. Dari hasil pengamatan, untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan alat wheel loader, maka perlu dilakukan upaya memaksimalkan penggunaan kerja alat dan jam kerja karyawan secara efektif. This study aims to determine the efficiency, effectiveness and calculate production costs from the use of wheel loaders, so that the benefits of this research can determine the efforts that can be made to improve performance and production results. Quantitative research method with wheel loader production data collection techniques with theoretically processed production data taken in December 2021 at ROM 2 PT Dizamatra Powerindo. The results in this study showed that the effectiveness of the wheel loader in December 2021 was 61%, productivity was 144,13 ton/hour, meanwhile, the effectiveness of the wheel loader on December 1-31 2021 reached 86.43% which can be categorized as very effective with an estimated production cost of Rp. 1,844/ton but the actual obtained is Rp. 2.193/ton while the actual production cost is more expensive than the estimated cost. From the observations, to maximize the use of wheel loaders, it is necessary to make efforts to maximize the use of tools and work hours of employees effectively.
