Abstract

ABSTRAK This research is based on the background that class IV SDN 140/1 Malapari know and describe the role of teacher as facilitator in material understanding in class IV SDN No.140 / 1 Malapari. The purpose of this research is to know the role of teacher as facilitator in material understanding. This research procedure by way of data collection with Observation Technique, Interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as a facilitator has been running well in accordance with the observed indicators of the teacher as a model of learning for students, teachers as learning planners, Teachers as mutual respect and humble, Master as a leader to be friendly and fused, and Master as a guide for his students, Master is authoritative in front of his students Teacher Not criticizing and favoring Teacher being open to his students, Master is not trying to lecture, Teacher is open to his students. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the teacher has been able to become a model of learning for students well and have been able to plan learning in accordance with both viewed from the completeness of learning such as RPP syllabus and assessment sheet.
