Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : The health protocol is a rule that is imposed as a result of the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic situation in handling Covid-19 in the new normal phase, a condition where people can return to their activities, work, and travel as usual, but with a new design with the discipline to apply health protocols. as an effort to contain and prevent the spread of the Covid-19 disease. The purpose of this study was to analyze compliance with the application of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Taman Rimba Jambi Zoo. Methods : This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The unit analyzed in this study was compliance with the application of health protocols at the Taman Rimba Jambi Zoo with data collection methods through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with 7 informants. Result : Compliance with the application of health protocols based on the Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 concerning the application of protocols to the application of managers/workers is still less than optimal and obedient because there are no sanctions for those who violate the prokes so that they lack discipline. Visitors to the application of health protocols have not complied because there are still many visitors who do not practice social distancing and the reason why it is difficult to always wear a mask. Meanwhile, the provision of health protocol facilities has not been maximized due to budget constraints and the lack of maintenance of the facilities provided so that they no longer function. Conclusion : The implementation of health protocols at the Taman Rimba Jambi Zoo for managers/workers and visitors is still not compliant because there are still violations of health protocols. Meanwhile, some of the facilities already exist, but they are not well-maintained, so there are some facilities that are no longer used, the Jungle Park should maximize and socialize the health protocols in the Jungle Park. Keywords : Health Protocol, Compliance, Covid-19 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Protokol kesehatan merupakan suatu aturan yang diberlakukan akibatkan dari munculnya situasi pandemi Covid-19 dalam penanganan Covid-19 pada fase new normal suatu kondisi di mana masyarakat kembali dapat beraktivitas, bekerja, serta beriwasata seperti biasa, namun dengan desain yang baru dengan kedisiplinan menerapkan protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya untuk menanggulangi dan mencegah penularan penyakit Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kebun Binatang Taman Rimba Jambi. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan Pendekatan studi kasus. Unit yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan di Kebun Binatang Taman Rimba Jambi dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan 7 informan. Hasil : Kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor HK.01.07/ MENKES/ 382 /2020 tentang penerapan protokol pada penerapan pada pengelola/ pekerja masih kurang maksimal dan patuh dikarenakan tidak adanya sanksi bagi yang melanggar prokes sehingga kurang disiplin. Pada pengunjung penerapan protokol kesehatan juga belum patuh dikarenakan masih banyaknya pengunjung yang tidak menerapkan jaga jarak serta adanya alasan sulitnya selalu memakai masker. Sedangkan penyediaan fasilitas protokol kesehatan belum maksimal dikarenakan hambatan anggaran serta kurang terawatnya fasilitas yang telah disediakan sehingga tidak berfungsi lagi. Kesimpulan : Penerapan protokol kesehatan di Kebun Binatang Taman Rimba Jambi pada pengelola/ pekerja dan pengunjung masih belum patuh karena masih ditemukan pelanggaran protokol kesehatan. Sedangkan fasilitasnya sudah ada beberapa hanya saja kurang terawat sehingga ada beberapa fasilitas yang tidak digunakan lagi seharusnya pihak taman rimba lebih memaksimal dan mensosialisasikan terkait protokol kesehatan di taman rimba .
