Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui perkembangan perkebunan karet di PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya dan (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi karet di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya dengan menggunakan data panel yaitu penggabungan antara data cross section dan time series dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 responden dari 14 kebun pada 3 tahun terakhir. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi, ordinary least square (OLS) dan juga uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terjadinya peningkatan pada 10 tahun terakhir dapat dilihat dari hasil produksi serta penambahan luas lahan. (2) faktor jumlah pohon perhektar, hari orang kerja (HOK), curah hujan dan juga klon petani berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi komoditi karet di PT.Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya. This research aims to: (1) know the development of rubber plantations in PT. Nusantara XII Surabaya Plantation and (2) analyze the factors that affect to production of rubber in PT. Nusantara XII Surabaya Plantation. This research was conducted in PT. Nusantara XII Surabaya Plantation with using panels data that is the merging data of cross section and time series with total sample of 43 respondents from 14 gardens in 3 years ago. Data analysis methods used in this research include the concept of ordinary least square (OLS) and classic assumption test. The results of this research showed that (1 The increase in the last 10 years can be seen from the production and addition of land area. (2) factors in the number of trees perhektar, working people's day (HOK), rainfall and also farmers clones have a significant effect on the production of rubber commodities in PT. Nusantara XII Surabaya Plantation.
