Abstract
ABSTRAK Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur Pendaftaran, Pendataan dan Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Jambi. Metode penulisan yang digunakan yaitu Metode Pengumpulan Data yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, internet, studi pustaka data sekunder sebagai sarana pendukung berupa Undang-Undang Pajak dan Retribusi, Peraturan Daerah dan Peraturan Walikota. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan magang ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Prosedur Pendaftaran, Pendataan, dan Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Jambi sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Kata Kunci: Prosedur Pendaftaran, Pendataan dan Penetapan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan ABSTRACT This Final Project Report aims to find out how the Procedure for Registration, Data Collection and Determination of Land and Building Taxes at the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Jambi City. The writing method used is the Data Collection Method which includes interviews, observations, the internet, secondary data library studies as a supporting tool in the form of the Tax and Levy Law, Regional Regulations and Mayor Regulations. After carrying out this internship, it can be concluded that the Procedure for Registration, Data Collection, and Determination of Land and Building Taxes at the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of Jambi City is in accordance with applicable regulations.
