Abstract
ABSTRAK Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata cara perhitungan pajak bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor pada kantor SAMSAT Kota Jambi. Dalam mengumpulkan data-data untuk menulis laporan magang ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diproleh penulis dari pengamatan langsung terhadap data penerimaan bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor di Kantor Samsat Kota Jambi dan melakukan wawancara dengan pegawai di ruangan lingkup Kantor SAMSAT Kota Jambi. Data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh penulis dari perpustakaan dan literatur – literatur yang mendukung dalam penulisan laporan magang ini. Hasil dari laporan penulisan ini dapat disampaikan bahwa tata cara perhitungan pajak bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor roda empat pada kantor SAMSAT Kota Jambi dengan mengalikan tarif sebagaiman dimaksud dalam peraturan pemerintah no 6 tahun 2011 pasal 17 dengan nilai jual kendaraan bermotor. Hasil dari laporan ini banyaknya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui prosedur proses bea balik nama kendaraan bermotor. Kata Kunci : Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat ABSTRACT This report aims to find out the procedure for calculating the transfer of motorized vehicle excise tax at the Jambi City SAMSAT office. In collecting the data to write this internship report, the author uses data collection methods, namely primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained by the author from direct observation of the data on receipt of transfer fees for motorized vehicles at the Jambi City Samsat Office andconducting interviews with employees in the scope of work. The results of this writing report can be conveyed that the procedure for calculating the transfer fee for four-wheeled motorizes vehicle at the Jambi City SAMSAT office is by multilying the rate as referred to in goverment regulation no.6 of 2011 article 17 with the selling value of motorized vehicles.
