Data analyzed in two stages, such as univariate and bivariate used Wilcoxon signed test and Paired sample test. Results: Based on the resultsof this study, the knowledge score in the online group obtained a significance value of 0.141, while in the offline group showed a significtion value of 0.000 which means that there was a significant difference in knowledge scores before and after being given education in the offline group. HBM score the significance value in the online group was 0.645, while in the offline group the significance value was 0.000 there was a significant increase in the results of the pretest and postest tests in the offline group. Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge and Health Belief Model in the offline group, while in the online group there was an increase but not significant.
