Abstract
ABSTRAK : Latar Belakang : ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada anak usia sekolah adalah terkait kebersihan diri, gosok gigi, membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan cuci tangan pakai sabun. Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Pasal 79 tentang kesehatan, ditegaskan bahwa kesehatan sekolah diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hidup sehat peserta didik dalam lingkungan hidup yang sehat sehingga dapat belajar, tumbuh dan berkembang secara harmonis serta dapat menjadikan sumber manusia yang berkualitas. Terdapat 3 strategi dalam meningkatkan penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di sekolah yaitu strategi bina suasana, advokasi dan pemberdayaan. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 45 orang yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, 6 Orang guru kelas/wali kelas, penjaga sekolah, 36 orang siswa/i dari kelas 1-6 di SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi dan seorang petugas Puskesmas Depati Tujuh yang bertanggung jawab dalam bidang Promosi Kesehatan. Data diperoleh dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Informan yang mengekuti wawancara mendalam sebanyak 9 orang dan 36 orang siswa/i yang mengikuti FGD. Hasil : Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi bina suasana terkait dukungan masyarakat sekitar SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi cukup baik karena sudah menegur siswa/i untuk menerapkan PHBS walaupun masyarakat tidak ikut serta langsung dalam menolong. Strategi bina suasana yang dilakukan dari sekolah seperti dengan menyediakan fasilitas PHBS tidak berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan keterbatasan fasilitas PHBS. Guru-guru yang sudah mengajarkan siswa/i terkait PHBS namun belum menjadi role model dengan memperlihatkan contoh penerapan langsung kepada siswa/i. Strategi advokasi yang tidak berjalan dengan baik di SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi, karena tidak adanya suatu kebijakan yang mengatur terkait PHBS dan tidak adanya suatu usulan terkait penyediaan fasilitas PHBS kepada stakeholder. Strategi Pemberdayaan di SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi sudah cukup baik, sudah dilakukannya praktik CTPS, sudah dilakukannya edukasi terkait sampah dan makanan sehat dan sudah dibagikannya tempat sampah pada setiap kelas. Kesimpulan : Strategi peningkatan program penerapan PHBS perlu ditingkatkan lagi di SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi terutama dalam strategi Bina suasana dan Advokasi dan untuk strategi pemberdayaan perlu dilakukan lebih intensif lagi minimal 2 kali dalam sepekan Kata Kunci : Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, strategi bina suasana, strategi advokasi, strategi pemberdayaan ABSTRACT : Backgrounds : Health problems that often occur in school-age children are related to personal hygiene, brushing teeth, throwing garbage in its place and washing hands with soap. Law Number 36 Year 2009 Article 79 concerning health, it is emphasized that school health is held to improve the ability to live healthy students in a healthy environment so that they can learn, grow and develop in harmony and can make quality human resources. There are 3 strategies in increasing the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in schools, namely the strategy of atmosphere building, advocacy and empowerment. Research Methods : The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were 45 people consisting of the principal, 6 class teachers/ homeroom teachers, school custodians, 36 students from grades 1-6 at SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi and a Depati Tujuh Community Health Center officer who was responsible for the field of research. Health Promotion. Data were obtained by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). There were 9 informants who participated in in-depth interviews and 36 students who participated in the FGD. Results : The results in this study indicate that the strategy for building an atmosphere related to community support around SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi is quite good because it has warned students to implement PHBS even though the community does not participate directly in helping. The atmosphere building strategy carried out by schools such as providing PHBS facilities did not go well due to the limited PHBS facilities. Teachers who have taught students about PHBS but have not become role models by showing examples of direct application to students. The advocacy strategy is not working well at SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi, because there is no policy that regulates PHBS and there is no proposal regarding the provision of PHBS facilities to stakeholders. The Empowerment Strategy at SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi is quite good, the practice of CTPS has been carried out, education regarding waste and healthy food has been carried out and the trash cans have been distributed to each class. Conclusion : The strategy for improving the PHBS implementation program needs to be further improved at SDN 194/III Belui Tinggi, especially in the atmosphere development and advocacy strategy and the empowerment strategy needs to be carried out more intensively at least 2 times a week Key words : Clean and healthy living behavior, atmosphere building strategy, advocacy strategy, empowerment strategy.
