Abstract

In general, the company's goal is to maximize profit and maximize the value of the company. A good company condition is a strength for the company to survive and develop in order to achieve the company's goals. However, in the current era of globalization, the competition between companies is getting tougher. This forces companies to improve their performance so that they are able to achieve company goals and compete with other companies. To improve the company's performance, the company must be able to manage existing resources to run the company's operations effectively and efficiently. The operational function which is considered very important for the continuity of the company is the financial function because the failure of this function will result in the disruption of activities in other operational functions.
